Function of the builning has purely utility nature - maintenance and repair of electrical contact network of rail tracks. The project is typical because of the main task - rationalizing of all tehnological processes, ultimate simplicity and unification of design and elements of decoration, fast construction, flexibility in general layout resolution. Also there were developed several options of color decision of the main building facades.
